I love English language classics too.

Every girl child should read St. Claires series, Malory Towers series. Every teenager should read 'Little Women' and the other books in the series. If you like humour, nothing to beat Wodehouse. If you like investigative thrillers and courtroom drama, Agatha Christie, Ngaio Marsh and Grisham are some of the best. When you are in love 'Bridge across forever' by Richard Bach is a 'must-read'...and if you love period novels and clean romance then Georgette Heyer is the one for you. Bronte sisters is great too (Wuthering Heights is a definite 'Must-Read' again!)

:) You will never ask me again!WannabeWriterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05198918365894991582noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10344499201350381.post-37173084810736328372011-07-06T19:07:46.244+04:002011-07-06T19:07:46.244+04:00am waitingggggggggg!!!am waitingggggggggg!!!suloooooonoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10344499201350381.post-85899808160035154082011-07-05T23:33:43.064+04:002011-07-05T23:33:43.064+04:00I am no more anonymous, yay!!I am no more anonymous, yay!!Binduhttp://ruminateatleisure.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10344499201350381.post-2527031815806517202011-07-05T23:32:31.719+04:002011-07-05T23:32:31.719+04:00Read? Luckily for me, everywhere I went for work, there was a lending library near my home, so, there was not a dearth of books since I began reading. Even here, the national library is very near my home :)

Some of the books I enjoyed reading most are The God of small things (Arundati Roy), The Alchemist (Paulo Coelho), The Fountain head (Ayn Rand), the kite runner (Khaled Hosseini)..and a few others including a few tamil books (S. Ramakrishnan, Jeyakandhan, Balakumaran etc). There are some books that take a while to get off from the characters (like Rahel and Estha in TGOST)...

Try reading 'All that matters' by Jan Goldstein, Nancy. It spreads such hope and positive spirit...

'I woz' seems like an inspiring book. I will search and find it...

When we talk of books, please spare some time and read this article on 'What is man' by Mark Twain.
